"Andy and his son arrived on time and set immediately to work. The windows on my 2 storey house are mostly about 7 feet tall, double hung vintage sash windows with combination storms and screens, requiring a good deal of physical effort. The work was thoroughly and carefully done. Except for a 10 minute break they worked continuously for more than 4 hours. All sills and side areas within the windows were thoroughly done. Paint spatters etc. were removed. It looks great. The price was high and worth it."

"Both in coming to give an estimate and then arriving to do the work, A&M was punctual and extremely pleasant to work with. My windows (including screens and storms) were very dirty (our building had been tuckpointed and the process left residue on the windows) and now they look absolutely terrific. "The initial request for an estimate was returned promptly, and an estimate was received a couple of days later. We had scheduled our service for a day when Chicagoland had gusts up to 60 mph, and Andy gave us the choice to do the interior that day and do the exterior on a day when it was safe to use ladders, or to reschedule the whole job. We rescheduled the whole job. The three-person crew arrived on time that day, and did a fabulous job cleaning all of the windows. They even swapped in the glass for the screen on my front storm door, saving me the work. I will definitely use them again, and have been recommending them to friends in the area."
